Application

Anionic modified emulsifier recommended for use in oil or water emulsions that are in the pH range of 5 - 9. It is a product which keeps bakery goods fresh, improve flour, emulsifying and whopping agent for ready products. It is also useful for formulation of Ice Cream, Starch Products, Milk Products, Chewing Gum, Chocolates, etc. It also serves as softer in textiles and external lubricant for polymer and PVC Plastics Industry
